Game no longer in my library!!!!!!!
I am so frustrated, I bought the game since last year and I have not requested any form of refund, just last month I was able to play the game. Though yesterday I had trouble with Social Club, I couldn't sign it in, I tried a lot of methods even the VPN trick wouldn't help me. Until last night I had reset my router and now its working, but I tried to play the game and it says purchase even though I have already bought the game.

Sounds like something to contact valve about. Not sure if R* or the game community can help you with

You can do this via the purchase history

Although I can play the game, but its not appearing in my games, I tried to re-purchase it and it says I already bought it. I don't want to contact R* because they give the same exact answers to anyone else, is to reinstall the game or something.

Click on view at of steam then click on hidden games see if you fine it there. If it there unhide it.

I filed 2 tickets, 1 for Steam Support and 1 for Rockstar, I didn't get any replies, however when I logged in the day after this post which was April 16, the Game is now visible in my library.

In your Steam Library, if the "Show only ready to play games" icon is lit (looks like a circle with a right-facing arrow in it), then be sure to toggle that to see all your games & software you have (including ones not installed).

If that's not the problem, then yeah, probably need to contact Steam Support and hope they can help you resolve it. Good luck.

by any chance any of you have the "beta" version of steam running? if so reverst back to the normal version.

if already on the normal version, switch to the beta version of steam.

this all sounds like some broken files in steam, not saying any of you played a pirate copy of a steam game.... but that may be one of the causes. virus infections can do this, adware can in some cases, to many to name actually. but the reason i said to switch either of the versions is that the installs are different, en just installing the same version may give same result (the missing game). anyways, steam support will still be the better option.

Luke, we can still see that you own the game. Maybe by accident it became hidden? (There is a feature for some reason that allows you to hide some games) probably for pervs :P idk.

Try finding a way to unhide it.

OP literally added a screenshot of the receipt to the opening post... as for the other points you mentioned: the issue happens on both computers and both accounts (my account and my gf's account) so it shouldn't be an issue with the client or any other local problem (like the viruses you mentioned). I suppose it's a synching issue of some sort.

Same here. After my gf logged out and back into her account, it showed up again. I'll raise a ticket with the steam support too. If enough people complain they might take a look at it ;)

Do you have family sharing enabled by any chance? I was wondering wether maybe this caused the issue on our end.

With RDR2 it's the first time I've ever seen this problem and I'm on steam for 10 years or so by now.
