Does Rockstar ban players who are underage?
I came across players who are according to their voice maybe 11 or 12.
I would not care much, normally.
But these players were annoying.
Does Rockstar care about that problem?

I don't know if 'anoying' could be considert to be a problem as long they are on parenthood i.e. someone adult who are waching. Remember that everyone everywhere could have been at 10 to 90 years old and having a 'voiceover' from a 9yr girl :-)

I found out somewhere that there are restrictions for age though, do not know if R* actively does problemsolving around this.

I imagine they would ban these accounts to keep out of legal trouble if they had definitive proof the player was underage. Their voice sounding young isn't proof enough.

RDR2 is marked as 'MATURE 17+' on Rockstar's homepage.
In many countries it is not allowed to sell the game to persons under 18.
There was no "voiceover".
Also their behaviour and chat clearly indicates that these players were far under 18.
I reported them for abusive chat.
But there is no option to describe the problem more detailed in the ingame-menu.

Treu and agreed with. The age rating seem to think that it enough to actualy have active people pushing these kids out of the game I don't think it is going that far, but there are exeptions.
I suggets to íf you realy got the hickops for these kids, write a report to R* or something like that but only do it if you are sure you deal with realy realy anoying bashing kids though :)

The voice is of course just the first evidence to look closer into these accounts.
Rockstar could demand an age-verification from these accounts.
But I do not think that Rockstar bothers to do that.

Online-enabled games carry the notice "Online Interactions Not Rated by the ESRB." So that does not matter for Red Dead Online itself, since it is based on RDR2.

Well you have to be 17 years of age to join up to their social club and you can't play their games now without a social club account so I would assume that you have to be 17 to play their online games and you agree to it in their terms and conditions you're over 17 so I would assume they could ban you for breaking TOS.

no because they will lose they're majority of players
fun fact : age ratings is just a recomendation of what age they should pass to play a game
