Is 8GB ram enough for this game?

Hi, I have a mid range PC.
CPU: I5-7600k
GPU: 1060 6gb
I am worried about buying this game, because I only have 8GB of DDR3 ram. (2133 mhz, 2x4GB)
Technically it should be enough for the majority of games, but I experience excessive stuttering playing some games, for ex: Division 2 (unplayable after 15 mins of gameplay), COD Warzone, even sometimes in GTA Online (fps drops, stuttering while driving). Considering RDR2 is a newer game made by Rockstar, I expect it to stutter a lot.
Any experiences with 8GB ram PC's? How does the game run?

no 12go recommanded, the game is too greedy, if you already have worries on other open worlds forgotten, this game will be too greedy for 8go or to play in full low but who would play in these conditions? so add 8gb of ram, it costs nothing now.
