RDR 2 GFX_ERROR and 0xc0000005 crash fix

Open Nvidia control panel -> Select "Adjust image settings with preview" in "3D Settings" category -> Check "Use the advanced 3D image settings" -> Press "Apply" -> Press "Take me there" OR select "Manage 3D Settings" -> go to "Program Settings" submenu -> Select "rdr2.exe" in dropdown menu -> find "Shader cache" and set it to the "Off" state.

This helped me get rid of GFX_ERROR, but I still had a different crash with 0xc0000005 error code. I fixed it by updating my BIOS version to the latest available.
