Tips for train robbery?
I tried to raid a driving train. Got to the locomotive engineer and let him stop the train. But I kept him alive. Then I climbed back into the the waggons with the passengers and started robbing them.

But no 30 sec later the sheriff arrived with the deputies and had me soon killed.

Any idea, how to do it right?

id say hop on a passenger train, silently take out the guards, then start robbing. Think that might work

How do I silently take out enemies?

Do I loose honor, when I use my fists? Can I stealth attack someone with fists only?

Yes you can. but I don't think you'll lose honor.

I tried it out in a gunmaker shop. I can only draw my gun, not use my fists. Anything wrong from me?
Ok so there is a tunnel up in the northern part of the map that trains will travel thru on their routes. I have found once the train is about halfway through this tunnel, it is the best time to start killing guards, possibly stopping the engineer, and robbing passengers. Even if the 'cops' are alerted to your robbery, the tunnel buys you a lot of time to take everything worth a penny and GTFO unscathed and with zero bounty. The spawned constables just can't get to you or the red circle in time. Hop on horse, leave circle, take off bandanna, boom-done-zero consequences.

If you look on the map, this tunnel is visible right above Grizzlies East, sort of northeast-ish.

For example I used this method for the Bandit Challenge 10 (Perform 5 'clean' train robberies). I fast traveled to Saint Denis, bought a train ticket to Annesburg, got off and onto my horse, and as the train left the station I followed it until it reached the tunnel. Then using poison arrows, I silently took down the rear guard at the caboose, jumped from horse to train car, stole one item, and then jumped off back to the horse in like 20 seconds flat. If you get off within 30-40 seconds no guards are even aware anything happened. Challenge took like 20 mins total lol.

For pure full-on robberies though, I still believe the tunnel offers the best opportunity for a complete raid.

Hope this helps!

If you wanna stop the train, do it in Baccus Bridge. Law agents can't shoot you from the sides. Or use the tunnel near Heartland Oilfields, they can´t enter in this one. Once u are done, drive it straight (they are gonna ambush you on both sides of the bridge) and escape in open land. Always get ur horse near and wear a Carcano and a repeater shotgun just in case.

And don't bother bout honor. You just have to go to Saint Dennis and salute every single person u see to get that lost honor back, boah.

Hope it helps.
