Skills pages not check.
Is this a bug. I have read them and to make sure. I reread them again.

Is this a bug?

I don't know if it is a bug or just as intended. If you got them, they work. You don't even have to read them. And after you have read them some of them get checked and some don't.

It seems to be a low priority problem so they aren't going to fix it until they have either figured it out or fixed other issues that are more important.

Since their fixes are very slow, don't worry about this for a long time.

If the skills are not working for you, then make sure to submit a request to rockstar support so that they make sure you get what you have earned.

Not sure. Like the reverse spin. I am not even sure how to do that on a key board.

Spins and gun tricks. Pull out a pistol or revolver. Then try to put them away. (Double tap tab) if you haven't changed keybinds. While it starts to put it away, it will start a spin, you should see in the lower right a key prompt for "tricks" if you hold that button, it will show a list of tricks and you just hold or press the button for trick you want. Holding the button just continues the trick, releasing and not pressing anything new will put the weapon away finally.
