Trains in the Desert

Do you guys find it odd that there are no actual trains in the southwest, but occasionally you can stumble upon a train robbery in progress?

Trains are strange. I've used RR tracks a zillion times to cut my route distance on horseback but have never run into a train...too bad because that would be a nice touch...should I cross a trestle or enter a tunnel if a train might be coming?

As for out west, do the Red Ben Clempson legendary bounty and you will get your heart's fill of RR riding out Tumbleweed way.
