Is there a setting to turn off the profanity filter?
I mean really, the fact that rdr2 which is essentially Midwestern 19th century gta, is telling me that the names for my horse are profane, is hypocritical and just ridiculous. Especially considering this is my own single player campaign. I should be able to name it whatever the ♥♥♥♥ I want.

Aside from that, it was a black horse so I wanted to make it negro. That’s a Spanish word for black anyways so idk how they could block that.

Obviously this is a minor drawback to a otherwise beautiful game, but it’s my game that I spent money on and it’s an rpg to a large extent so idk why my single player decisions are being filtered.

They can block a name like negro, because they can block whatever names they like. It's not like they have anyone overseeing what they're doing. They could prevent you from naming your horse Fred if they wanted to. It's utterly ridiculous that they have any such restrictions in single player, since you're only affecting yourself, and it's downright hypocritical that they ban a lot of what they do online given that the NPCs shout a lot of the words that Rockstar bans, but we have no control over it. At best, you can complain to Rockstar.
