Just let Rockstar make another RDR and find out why the Frick he is so wanted.
Edit: There's nothing in Mexico. It's just there for decoration.
New Austin is accessible as John endgame which is good enough for that area...
but Mexico is gone like the great Zebra-Donkeys of Red Dead Redemption 1,
you're just going to have to get used to it and petition with the rest of us for them to unlock Mexico as a DLC area.
Sadie Adler is my favorite character and I prefer to play as her, bounty hunting, hunting down O'driscolls, etc. Some people find her insufferable and I completely understand why, but everyone has an opinion. Some people prefer Arthur over John, and vice versa. Some people don't care who they play as, and in some ways I get it, but I will never be able to understand it (I have a friend who is like that, and we don't understand eachother's POV, which often leads to heated discussions). I've already given up on the idea of Rockstar making any singleplayer DLC. To me, playing as a different character offers a fresh experience in a way. I guess it boils down to how each player likes to play their game. And he's likely already finished the story before, so I see no reason not to help him out :)
