Where can i find and Hunt Vampires. In Story mode or in Online Mode?

did you mean the one in Saint Denis ?

if that is what you seek...

basically before makes him to spawn, you have to find hidden messages throughout Saint Denis, they are written on the walls. (there's 4 I think ?) . once you find them (Arthur will write it in the journal), just visit the town at night, shouldnt be hard finding him since the blinking icon indicating event will appear in your minimap.

its kinda hard to find those hidden messages by yourself, I suggest look up a guide.

P.S.: he dropped a unique knife once he's dead, in case anyone asking why would someone bother with it.
