When you skin an animal should you also take the carcass?

Hello all.
When you skin an animal you get the hide, antlers and some meat. I hate leaving the carcass as it seems such a waste. Is it worth handing the carcass in to camp or at the butchers?

You get more money from selling the whole carcass(unskinned). Skinning it will result in less money.

If you donate to Cripps, donate the whole (unskinned) carcass.
If you sell to the butcher, skinn the animal sell the parts seperately and you can also sell the skinned carcass, Cripps wont accept skninned carcasses however.

It's all a matter of choice. As for me, I skin animals all day long and don't bother with the carcass until I'm ready to go in and sell the meat and hides, wherein I make one last kill and shove it - unskinned - on the back of the horse and have two unskinned animals hanging off of the saddle to make the best money possible.

For Cripps, it makes a _huge_ difference to give him carcasses instead of pelts. You also make more money if you give carcasses to Cripps than if you sell pelts to the butcher.

If you're doing much hunting, you really want to get your hands on the hunting wagon.
