Good News Ladies And Gentleman! RedM has been updated a few more times this week and should now allow all new players to be able to play on Red Dead Online RP Servers. Our Town Of Redemption RP server is currently live in beta and growing quickly. This is the perfect break if you want more RDR2 while waiting for new official RDO releases! Idk i prefer dont install mod for the default online

Yeah, that worries me, too. I don't want to download something that's supposedly benign just to be banned forever from online play.

Okay, so I applied for this to see what it's all about and managed to get to a point where they asked me to download their "RedM" file. I scanned it before opening it and it apparently contained a Trojan virus. I asked the owner of their discord about it, but he never responded despite being online.

I don't know if the file really is malicious or if my anti-virus gave a false positive, but it's too much of a risk for me. Apply at your own discretion.

For this reason i never install unofficial mod :)

Who cares if they ban you if you have a private server to play on....one that does not have griefers or hackers? They can ban me seven ways from Sunday if they wanted to, wouldn't bother me one single bit.

Lol me care :) i prefer the vanilla server also. Hackers not need to prevail

I’d be very weary of joining a private server, especially one that risks putting malicious software on your computer. o_o
