Single Player: Rhodes Bounty Glitch

Has anyone had trouble accessing the bounty for Robbie Laidlaw? Whenever I'm far away from Rhodes, the bounty poster icon appears but when I get close to the station, it disappears.

I've checked my inventory and I've gotten the items from Old Harry Fen, which I think are the Family Photograph and the Newspaper Scrap. I also have the letter "Letter to Uncle Lewis from Elijah".

Finally, I captured both Mark Johnson and Camille de Millemont.

So, I'm pretty stuck as to what I'm missing.

I think it is because someone already took the poster of the wall. You can catch someone (if you see it) and take it of him. I asume that is why you do not or icon dissapears.
I have happen to come across this 'issue' too wich isen't realy an issue anymore given the fact what I have just told. I don't know if it should happen this way but it helps go fowrad any wich way tho.
