Is that stated somewhere by Rockstar, or are you just making an excuse for them with an assumption you've pulled out of your rectum?
Got this game knowing it was 1st person according to the evidence available, yet only an hour into the main mission there is too much cinematic cut scenes & swapping auto between 3rd & 1st person view.
Is there a way to keep the view in 1st person as much as possible all the way through the main quest?
I'm on PC. Know this is an old thread but RS got my $ now & very disappointed in 1st person mechanics. Never liked 3rd person games period.
Un-immersive & don't like looking at my characters back all the time.
Oh well, back to Bethesda RPG again! even though they are clunky at least 1st person play throughs in FO & ES series are playable.
Never buy RS games again no matter what BS journos spew out about how fantastic a game is even if they mention 1st person playing.
my only complaint is the auto centering of the head that is annoying as ♥♥♥♥ and you cant turn it off
but that only happens on horse back
for gunplay i kill 5 to 1 vs my mate who plays in 3rd all the time gun play in 1st person is far better
