Bug on Mission 'American Distillation'

Hey guys,
i have strange bug on this mission. When we arrive at the swamp, npc (archibald) doesn't continue to talk. The whole group just stands there and does nothing. I can't do anything else, as the game seems to be "in stealth mode", where i can only crouch in stuff. If I go away too much, the mission fails. If i try to continue from checkpoint, the game freezes and nothing happens. I tried to sleep, or do another mission before this one. The Issue persists.

Is there any way to skip a mission or use a cheat or something? i am not in the mood to replay 15hrs worth of my time, just because of a single bug...
