Crafting recipes in online mode?

I can't find any guides for finding crafting recipes in online mode. Do I need to find them in Story Mode, and then they transfer to Online?

most of the crafting recipe's are at a Fence for a redicoulus price. Split point bullets panflet costing about 500$ last i checked

you unlock them simply by leveling up. then you can buy them. some are quite expensive tho I think that's actually a good thing. I kinda hate R* for including explosive ammunition in multiplayer... no idea why they keep adding stuff that just makes griefing so much easier.
at least the recipe costs $1000

I was enjoying the grind online but then I tried a competitive match and we were losing by heaps then everyone just instantly started exploding on spawn and we won, it was funny as hell watching everyone fly all over the map for 5 mins but obviously a hacker. Why would I waste time and money when R* isn't enforcing bans. Also nearly everyone I spawn next to is Chinese and they're no fun, I'm movin on.

Maybe I should have bought into Collector or Bounty instead of Trader, because I need the Improved Arrow to hunt cougars for that role.

No Improved Arrow recipe at either the Fence or unlocked in the Jobs ranks.

No? Just get a bolt action rifle and headshot the cougars. Even then finding a 3 star cougar is so rare. Just headshot bucks and deer they tend to supply well for a complete carcass
