is it impossible to go new austin as arthur?

i collected 22 bones for this woman now i wanted to collect remaning bones. i passed blackwater by just running horse but when close to new austin i got one shot from sniper w/o no actual npc?

lol bro i already %100ed this game but you are right to be honest. gaming is just waste of time also but i'm glad i played a few masterpieces before i quit.

If you didn't watch the video - or have tried it - you won't know how long it would take. I estimated a Game Year - when you consider the starting over - the throwing of the computer out the window - the unhappiness...

R* has already said Modding Single Player is OK.
I think they'd rather you Mod than Glitch. A Mod is a thing someone else wrote. A Glitch is exploiting their own crappy work - do the math....lol

There are Mods that change gameplay.
