if you have twitch prime and you don't yet have the bounty hunter's license, link your account for a free one.

if you don't yet have all the roles then, get 10 gold and a raccoon hat from setting up 2-factor authentication on the social club website.

EDIT: the rewards for either of these methods take about 3-7 days to get sent to your account, and i can personally confirm that the 2-factor auth. sends those rewards... two of my friends also have tested the twitch prime link and both got their rewards so they can confirm that one.

I linked my Twtich Prime account before making my online character, does anyone know how may I know if I have that licence?

it takes about 7 days for rewards to get sent for twitch prime, about 3 days for 2-factor auth.

if you go to a bounty board you can see if it asks for 15 gold to buy the bounty license or not. also you can check your inventory>>documents for the bounty hunter's license

Thanks mate, you cleared my doubt. It took me like 3 days to get the rewards from Twitch to GTA Online, so maybe this will be the same. Luckily, I already have my online character created.

Everyone got this. The rockstar gift with the ammunition and beans etc. was something else. It was a Rockstar gift for every player to make up for the issues with the PC version. It had nothing to do with you doing anything mentioned by OP.

short answer: collector for getting the lantern attached to your horse, trader for everything else
