Black Bars All Around Screen (Cutscenes)

For ultrawide users, are you getting black bars at the top, bottom, left and right, making the screen during cutscenes only take up about half the real estate of your screen?

Is there a fix for it? Any help would be much appreciated!

Did you wait until you reached the title screen before you loaded the mod? Or maybe wait until you're in-game.

Note: This mod is still working for me.

If you only play story mode, it's fine. For online file modifications = easy ban.
