In general, just use google translate, Komrade. There will be a lot of weird sentences, occasional mistranslated words, but you'll get the gist of it, and it won't be on the level of "the vodka is strong but the meat is rotten" (look up "ai winter" and "literal translation" on wikipedia if you wish to learn more).
