Quick draw no dead eye

Ive seen someone on console quick draw his pistol hammering bullets on an npc without any slow mo or dead eye. I cant find a way he did that. Anyone knows how?

You have to have your pistol drawn but don't ads, just shoot

If you have a xbox one or ps4 controller, with your guns holstered you half pull the right trigger until the circle in the bottom right corner is filled. Then you can do the quick draw thing by pulling the trigger the rest of the way.

Idk how it works with a kb/m since you can t half push a mouse button or keyboard button.

Set your quick assigned selection in weapons wheel.

What you saw someone else do; was this inside a Town or outside.
As the weapons are more restricted inside Town border.

bruh its easy just enable fist or whatever and press the fire button, dont hold it

quickdraw without slowmo only works with a controller. I use mouse and keyboard mostly, but my logitec controller, designed like a playstation one, is connected too. SO when i use the controller it will draw your pistol just by firing it even when it is holstered. The mouse won't do that.

Does it even matter?
Just press 1 or 3 (depending on which pistol want to draw); and you can quick-fire (aka hip-fire) as long as you only draw one weapon and not 2, and that you stand still and not moving, otherwise that would break how the quick hip-firing works.

For example if you Duel wield Volcanic pistols they are extremely slow.
If you hip-fire just one, you can shoot quickly as you use other hand to ramp it quick like a repeater. When it's a revolver, the other hand is used to ramp the hammer quick like in the movies.
