Do you mean Fire Bottles ?
(also known as Molotov Cocktails) are quick and easy flammable items that can be thrown to engulf a target or location in flames and burn for a short period.

Arthur can make this item while resting at a camp using the craft.

Some single player trainers allow you to use the flammable moonshine. Make sure you don't go to online mode when using any mods.
