Does Rockstar remove clothing in RD2?
I just reached level 33 and wanted to buy a coat that I saw before (No, I don't remember the name of it) but when I went to the store, it wasn't there.

You sure you saw it in the store? Some clothing can be found under the roles in the catalog.

Limited edition items seem to cycle though so you may have an opportunity to buy it again at some point
