How does one get to chapter 3 Story Mode

As title says. Also I want a fishing rod . I just don't get the option to teach Jack.
I'm not getting anymore quest requests dont know what else it needs. I am just doing stranger quests. Played over 150 hours stuck in chpter 2

Are you just looking for missions in camp or is there perhaps a yellow marker elsewhere?

In camp I guess, cant talk to Abigail to get the quest teach her son Jack to fish?
no yellow marks on the map . Well only one thats the dude who sent me to photo outlaws but he's in a map aread that is shut down blacks town? The town we all escaped from in the snow.
Done all the white circles quests done the interview famous outlaws, done many side quests helped strangers.
Is this about doing all the quests we can find if so holy cow how do others get to level 7 in under 100 hours?

yellow markers are story missions, you can't progress until you do them

you need to go do the quest in Blackwater, the red shaded area of the map. That is the story quest holding you back. Do that mission, then that guy gives you follow up missions, that then lead to the fishing side mission and eventually chapter 3

I did not get the option to teach Jack to fish until after the story mission Pouring Forth Oil II

but yea, that quest in Blackwater is where you need to go to get fishing and move on to chapter 3

Ah, I have no idea how to do that oil one appreciate the help.
If I enter blackwater I will be Wanted since the message states its closed off?
I went there to complete that quest and saw this so turned aorund?

You can complete the mission with Blackwater in lock down by sneaking round river side.

what i did was ride along the river until i was near the guy's quest marker on the map, then found a way up the cliff. was able to ride right over to him without any problems

update: success yey - great party :)
This quest was not what I thought it would be I see 2 guys and think they are lawmnan as I now have a bounty they lie in wait for me so I absconder and they see me and shoot me dead lol. I thought it was the dude I had to give a photo of the famous lawman forgot about the guy that was going to be hanged.
