I Did Every Step In GTA Online And Got 50 Kills With The Navy Revolver But I Still Don't Have It In Red Dead Online Am I Suppsed To Have A Certain Rank?

nvm it was an auto pick up

That revolver is called 'Lowry's Revolver', which is different from the Navy Revolver.

so long as you have Gta V scavenger hunt completed for the slasher then it should be free to pick up when you go to the cellar and the 50 npc kills too
