Jacket graphics bug

I am aware of a scout jacket bug from searching for issues on my bug. I seem to have it in most of my player's jackets (single player). I have a beefy Alienware rig with more than enough HP to play this. The lower half of the back section of the jacket is graphics tearing at a constant interval, like every 2 seconds, showing his clothing underneath. Kills immersion. No patches, nvidia driver updates, verifying of integrity fixes it. Anyone else have this? is there a setting or fix I'm unaware of?

I have the same issue since a few days...
But no I don't know any way to fix this.
Didn't notice it before, I'm wondering what changed...

I only have this issue when I try using the Nvidia frame rate cap in Nvidia cp. Are you using the cap?

No. I don't use specific Nvidia parameters.
Could there be some parameters in the game that does the same?

I know this discussion page is a couple months old, but if you didn't know, the scout jacket glitch has been around since release for console. Basically just hope Rockstar does something about it, of course they won't though.

i got the exact same issue. Everything else runs perfect but this ♥♥♥♥ is so annoying. This happened after last update
