[SPOILER] Why did Dutch stay with Micah even after the end of the game.

So at the end of the game Dutch finds Micah and Arthur fighting together then just leaves them both, not only Arthur but Micah too, then towards the end of the prologue he is seen with Micah, even though he knew that Micah was spying on him and that he "left" him at the end of the game, is it just Rockstar being lazy or is there genuine reasoning behind this

Dutch didn't actually stay with him, he finds Micah in 1907 and they dig up the blackwater money together. Many believe that the reason Dutch finally sought out Micah after 8 years is for him to finally kill him. As when John asks him why is he there, he says "Same reason as you, I suppose" which refers to offing Micah.
As for why he was pointing a gun at John as well, it could be that he was conflicted with the same dilemma as when Arthur was crawling towards the gun, or he was simply playing along to avoid Micah finding out the real reason he's there and killing either John, Sadie or him.
