Whistling for horse suddenly stopped working

As the title says. z or x doesnt work anymore very annoying to have walk to the horse. Googled and many have had it. Tried verifying games files. Still not working Playing Story. Any ideas? I wont update my drivers are they punishing me? Game plays great other than that.

Is it your keyboard? Check your key binds if it's still binded. If it is, re-bind it.

I havent changed anything also there is noway to check the bindings I did look in the horse settings nothing there. I have just discovered that when carrying a deer I killed and my horse is carrying one I can now rightclick and tell him to follow me. That has helped a bit.
I was playing this morning and did the quest to rescue the dude from jail did that and thats when the whistle stopped? Damn thing lol Thanks though it was the first thing I checked

It's weird tha the game just stops responding. It'll work soon again though.

Yeah but I took your advice and had another look discovered there more for wagons and trains further down there seems to be some new keys activated for a wagon. Now there was a time in the previous play where I found a wagon for prisoners they were all dead looted them and the sheriffs or whatever and got on it drove it to a fence and sold it. Now I that may xplain it. Trying to change the z back to the horse gives me a warning so its ok to remove all the wagon stuff? The horse had been assigned H so changed the H to wagon seat and z back to whistle horse woo hoo. Thanks :)
