I have no hard evidence on this one but it seems like people that OC are having issues. You may want to turn off the OC to see if that helps.
Via Steam, Library, Games, right-click RDR2 and in Properties put that command in that game's launch options. For some Users it stopped the stutter / freeze issues.
I think I already know the answer it's one, but I will ask anyway.
One or two sticks of RAM?
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3.
However, I strongly advise not going with one 8GB stick of RAM - PC don't like odd numbers of RAM and you might get blue screens and crashes up your butt.
If anything, you should go with 2x8GB, quad is not supported by all sticks and mobos and might backfire on you.
