I have been eating like 4-5 plain big game and at least 2 prime beef every 10-15 minutes but cant seem to remove the underweight tag.

Notice your avatar rubbing its abdomen? Sorta a clue there, ain't there? An your horse, you eat ... the horse eats. Remember if you get a better horse it will have larger demands, so feed it more often. I'm sure there is a guide someplace about all of this.

I ve put my nose into those mechanics to make arthur fat, here's what I gathered :

When you eat you can hear a bell if you were not full, if you are full you will hear another sound instead, a sort of discreet low "huff" sound very different from the bell (not sure how to describe it)

Some food doesn't seem to trigger the "Full" sound or maybe you have to eat a lot more of em, especially the ones you buy in shop (cans, chocolate, candy)

To trigger it the most efficient way for me was to eat 2 or 3 big/medium game meat in a row (cow, deer antilope etc...) but i had to do that at least 3 to 4 times a day, so maybe i m also missing something here since it seems a lot of meat, but my Arthur is fat; i M gonna check if arthur rub his belly when the sounds appear !

I am pretty sure to make the fat mechanics enter in action after you eat you need to trigger a loading of any sort (being campfire, sleep, mission etc...)

Big problem i have is that i don t see anything anywhere telling me when Arthur is hungry or not, I can completely forget to feed him for days without any alert of some sort other than pressing start and check his weight, same goes for my horse, am i missing something?

in online you need less food , i think 2 big game per day maintain the weight .
personaly i take weight easily and need to maintain my weight not to high or i have graphical issue , i play a heavy char .
