The Ties That Bind Us Missions Poster Glitch

I collected All the 5 posters Its shows in my inventory 5 of 5 but there is still one poster in the post office I heard this bug seen the forums 1 year old ones Is the bug still not fixed

Its still not fixed, I'm 97% into a 100% run and I'm just now realizing this is a thing. The extra poster in the post office also effects the spawns for the hunting request papers. They wont spawn until after pulling all five down. I'm soft locked out of 100%, honestly devastating.

Best bet is if you have one reappearing and you know for fact its blocking another from showing up. Pull down what's there, save the game and then reload the same save and see if that addresses the issue.

You cant pull the poster down, your inventory is already full. I really dont think there is a fix for this sadly

Since I forget off-hand, does the mission ask to pull down 5 posters?
Or is it more then 5 it asks for?

i had this issue and it fixed itself by simply leaving rhodes so that the mission disappeared and then reentering rhodes and all the posters were back up.

there was no markers and the mission was no longer active but after grabbing the last 4 posters that i had already grabbed before it fixed itself and i just had to return to tweedle dee and tweedle dum.

it reset my inventory for the mission and all i had to do was recollect all the ones except for the one the bounty hunter gets because i lassod him and lost honor for doing so but reloaded an earlier save that somehow bugged out the mission.

for those wondering, there are total of 5 posters, and one is in the train station, the other is taken by a bounty hunter, these are the ones people screw the mission up over and to avoid messing it up you need to actually follow the script for the mission.

what i meant by that is to not try and improvise when dealing with the bounty hunter when he refuses to give you the poster. - i personally gave him a lasso ride behind my horse and that caused it to glitch for me.

just do as the game tells you and you won't glitch the mission out by soft locking a save temporarily.

for those who don't know, you can see what your current objective is by hitting down on the dpad, dunno what it is for knm but im pretty sure a LOT of people don't realize the game literally gives you clues as to what to do in these situations.

For KB/M it's the Left-ALT key.
Same key to show you the UI, location, time, temperature, wanted bounty, honor...

yeah and when i did it, it said confront the bounty hunter when i was glitched and he was nowhere to be found.

maybe he just spawned at the area he rides off too?

all i know is what happened to me is he tried to ride away, i lassoed him and started dragging him behind my horse and he died brutally by hitting a fence post in front of townsfolk lol, which then i got a massive bounty and i decided to reload.

after reloading, he was nowhere to be found and i had a soft lock where the mission clue was "confront the bounty hunter" or something like that.

but riding away from rhodes and then setting a camp and then fast traveling back made it so all the other posters respawned, and i had the poster from the bounty hunter already so i didn't have to get it from him.

no bounty, passed the mission.

When it doubt on such missions just kill yourself and then select restart mission or restart from checkpoint. And try not to start side quests or missions while having pelts or game on your horse.

Restart from Checkpoint is still an option even if you disable autosave. I hated that so much I disabled it once I started playing this on PC. I beat it once on PS4 but that was so long ago.
