Game crashes on night of debauchery mission every time

The GFX error appears everytime at the exact same spot where I was getting on to the ferry.
the random crashes were gone since I updated my BIOS firmware, and now this again.
Anyone knows how can I get around it?

I got past a similar problem by going into the folder where the settings file is and deleting everything there.

Then I rebooted the computer, restarted the game and set up the graphics configuration again.

I exited (important!) and restarted the game again then tried the erring mission and after that it worked.
