And possble that some 'residu' files where stick behind, when uninstalling things.
Try to clean your register with a register cleaning program like cccleaner or somthing like that, defrag your drive, check register, boot up again and see if it turns up again.
Now I realized if I install Reshade for other games it just pops up in Rockstar games even though I never had any intention to install Reshade for muliplayer or single player. It just recognizes my reshade off the bat but no preset folder because I did NOT directly install Reshade into Red Dead Redemption 2 lol. It's so weird and I think I may need to report this to Reshade devs on forums and see if they can address this issue. This looks like a bug to me.
