It's just a third tier locked behind a higher role rank plus and additional cash purchase.
It basically devides collectibles in three groups:
Ones you can just grab on the suface, ones you can see in the ground and dig up, and ones you can't see in the ground.
I found out during a hunting mission that I push the middle wheel button to activate eagle eye, just like dead eye, which I still don't quite know how to work right with the paint black option? Is the wheel button dependent on you having a long range weapon at the ready and if you are unarmed do you go into eagle eye? Any suggestions for a noob would be appreciated.
aiming a weapon with rmb + middle mouse = dead eye
Also, Dead Eye only works with iron sights, not with scopes.
So, no Pain it Black with your sniper rifle.
i remember using dead eye in rdo before, i was using it while using scope of rolling block for sure, i didnt have pib tho but the card that make su take less dmg in dead eye and no hs
I meant that Paint it Black doesn't work with scopes.
Other ability cards in the Dead Eye slot should work.
Not sure about the coins, when your character just grabs into the loose dirt, but when you are digging out treasure chests with jewelry, anyone can grab their collectible from there.
