I quote:"As an added bonus, anyone who successfully obtains all 54 Playing Cards in GTA Online will unlock the Collector's Bag for free in Red Dead Online along with a unique variant of the Cardenas Poncho. In order to receive these bonuses you'll need to have linked both your Red Dead Online and GTA Online accounts at the Social Club."
Not one mention about console only and a time frame. Very misleading.
It did. Got the offer when the dlc for the casino.
November 8, 2019 Red Dead Redemption 2's sales numbers have topped 26 million.

People online cry "fraud" a lot. Fraud would require a false statement or deception meant to result in gain. If that was written before the PC version existed and the intent was console users only since that's all that existed, then at the time it was written there could be no fraud. Rockstar should of course in that case honor the offer NOW if it forgot to remove those references.
What you'd instead have here is the same thing that happens when a retailer doesn't honor an offer it made let's say, in a newspaper ad, such as "buy one get one free", and a typo made the offer valid past a certain cut-off date- it was printed that the offer was made. People typically don't file "fraud" charges over it. They make the retailer understand the offer was and is valid.
The nature of an online business such as a game developer makes explaining to them difficult. But that too doesn't make this a fraudulent scenario. And while threat of an actual lawyer may make them understand, are you ready to pay for that out of your pocket? Or to see if your "fraud" claim is worthwhile? And then of course they may use their own lawyers to claim you defamed them.
I'm not saying "tough, live with it". I'm saying find out some facts and details.

Alongside the opening of The Diamond Casino & Resort in GTA Online, 54 individual hidden playing cards were scattered across Southern San Andreas. In addition to receiving casino Chips and RP for every card found, acquiring the full card set will get you the High Roller Outfit and a unique Playing Card Set at your Private Dealer's table (requires Private Dealer upgrade).
If you need a little help tracking down any of the cards, our friends over at longtime and dedicated fan channel GTA Series Videos have put together this useful guide, which includes time stamps for each card in the video's comment section.
As an added bonus, anyone who successfully obtains all 54 Playing Cards in GTA Online will unlock the Collector's Bag for free in Red Dead Online along with a unique variant of the Cardenas Poncho. In order to receive these bonuses you'll need to have linked both your Red Dead Online and GTA Online accounts at the Social Club.
Anyone who has already proved their collecting chops and grabbed the full deck (and linked both accounts at Social Club) will have the Collector's Bag available for free when the Red Dead Online update launches on September 10.
Where does it give the disclaimer for console and expiration date? The only thing they state is that both games got to be linked.
Are the cards still there in GTA? If so, I think I'll give their next few games a miss. Their ability to make games that work properly, and string sentences together to correctly describe them is going down the toilet.
