How do you remove extra fishing lures from RDO mailbox?

i bought extra and now they seem permanantly stuck in my mailbox even after i let fish escape with my lure.

You can't. Think of the Mail more as storage then mail that needs to be opened.

It's a slight pain that when you stock up on bullets from the Mail but there's still some left, as soon as you use a bullet you get the "You Have Unopened Package" message.

how do you break the lures?? i have tried some things but nothing seems to work

fish, and when you catch one, just bring it in real fast, eventually the fish fights back and you keep reeling him in... when you lose the fish, you lost one lure.

i've tried and this method does not seem to work for the "Special Spinner" lure that i am having issues with. i cannot seem to lose the 1 that i have in my inventory no matter how many fish i let escape/cut line. i'll try again though

is that the 25 bucks lure, yea i don't have that one, maybe its a special case for that.

You don't lose the Special lures. Not sure why this is an issue anyways, i bought them all and have 7 lures at most in the wheel. OCD is a helluva condition.

it would not be an issue if there was not some hidden maximum space for amount of items that can be in mailbox at one time. i accidently mashed button and bought more than 1 special spinner, now i have multiple extra special spinners in my mailbox that are seemingly just clutter by design

for anyone that is truly OCD... i'm not... but there is a solution apparently -- have a friend throw dynamite into the water while you are fishing... that can blow up the lure
