Keyboard Controls

Hello All -

Does anyone have a print of the keyboard and mouse controls (keys for each action)? I am especially interested in knowing what some of the keys shown in the key mapping page are (L plus up arrow, horizontal line with two small vertical lines at ends, etc.) It is hard to learn to play without knowing the keys, especially when they are not clear.

crouch is Lctrl
Lshift is to run
dead eye is caps lock
tab swich weapons/put away
h is to call horse
r is reload
v is to change to 1st person to 3rd
e is to loot
L is to see the game menu

Keymapping is a nightmare in this game.
