How far in chapter 6 can i free roam?

I am at the beginning of chapter 6. And i am really draging this game out (because i love it). But i have heard that there is a mission in chapter 6 after that...you can´t free roam until much later. How far can i run around the map without issues? Can anyone hint me of the mission name is without any spoilers :-)

ALSO i (spoiler warning) have heard that you will become wanted in Chapter 6...can´t i use pay off the bounty like in earlier chapter? Or will this also affect my free roaming?

Being wanted in chapter 6 doesnt do much or maybe i was just lucky and never encountered lawmen or bounty hunter. For the mission, I guess before a heist mission in chapter 6. I dont recall the name but you'll know it when you're getting closed to it.
