I can't start moving after a cutscene....

Well, the game is running (no freeze), but I can't move after the mission started (the UI won't load). W T F IS THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!

Can you pls describe what mission it is and what your pc specs is? Then olso did you had this before and do you play online or off?

I have same problem, but only after some cut scenes like in the first town when i take sheriff's mission. Also when i browsing in some menu like in stables where i look for horse stuff etc. So bug is that i can't move right after cutscene or quitting buy menu when camera just goes back to Arthur as if my keyboard dead or game don't see it, bit when i alt+f4 game asks me if i want to quit, so it's not keyboards problem. And the rest of the world is keep running, i can hear sounds as if i was just staying afk. Please respond guys?
PS: my menu also not working when i try to Esc
