What if you purchase twice?

if you purchased from epic and steam, will online still be one profile? I know its split from console and PC but i cant find what would happen if you split the PC versions

should be 1 profile, because its mainly uses 1 rockstar account, but you lose like a key 2nd time if u purchase on same rockstar account.

Yeah, it's interest question. What could happen if i buy steam version, when i already have rockstar version, which i start from rockstar launcher?

Cause Steam is different platform !

You don't get Steam key if you buy game from Ubisoft either !

If you use the same R* account, you permanently lose R* version, witch will become Steam Version
In effect you will pay double for one game.

well with uplay i did the same thing, rebought all my ac games on steam, some worked fine while others didnt even ask for a key.
so it seems likely it will work fine.
question is if i get ultimate twice, will i still get gold bars again or will i not?
nobody can answer this but depending on price (hopefully a little cut) i may consider it.
