Single Player Cleaver Glitch

I don't know if too many players have been drawn away from the fence and forgot about the cleaver until the epilogue but I went to go buy one and it says I already have it. Yet I have cycled through my inventory and it's non-existent. I just want to shed some light on this bug.

I noticed this too. I think the machete is scripted weirdly and causes issues because when I went to pickup the electric lantern it told me I had to drop my machete to do that, but then afterwords it lets you pickup the machete again.

I've gotten Tomahawks off Lemoyne Raiders before they unlock. It will say I have 1/3 but if I try to buy more from Trapper I just waste my money and it stays 1/3. You might have looted it and then dropped it for another weapon, and you can't buy it yet because it hasn't unlocked through the story mode. That would be my guess at least. Its unlocked after Fleeting Joy mission in Chapter 5. If you already completed that mission then I don't know.

You may also have a Crafted Tomahawk activated and only carrying one, but you can't pick up another Regular Tomahawk - 'cause you're already carrying 3. <---when something strange like that happens, cycle through all the Tomahawks/Knifes/Arrows and throw one Regular away - or Craft one into something.

You can only carry so many Bladed MadMan Weapons on your person. If you need to drop one - don't worry it's on the horse.

There is a very early Tomahawk at 6 Point - before you go there with Kieran - it's gone afterwards. Once you have it you can buy them at the Trapper.

I just discovered you have to play GTA Online to get the stone hatchet. Stupidest ♥♥♥♥ ever.

The Cleaver can also be found in the Hang Dog Ranch house during the quest "Jim Milton Rides, Again?". in the Epilogue, Part 1. It is located on the railing near the stairs near the closet on the first floor of the house.
