What TAA and Nvidia sharpening settings are best for 1080p?

Not quite sure what is best here. Right now I have:

TAA: Medium
TAA Slider: Full

Nvidia control panel sharpening: 0.60
Ignore film grain: 0.17

This looks good but I'm wondering if it's optimal performance wise. The character hair still looks a bit frizzy but better than without nvidia sharpening.
