PC Mod or Glitch to enter New Austin early? [Spoilers?]

Id' like to get the collectables and animals in New Austin as Arthur, but it seems like the PS4 glitches don't work. Any mods? Is there a trainer or glitch to remove the bounty temporarily?

i was wondering the same thing, wanted to get legend of the east outfit for aurther as early as possible.

I think lenny's trainer has the options to remove New Austin's sniper and a "never wanted" option to avoid bounty hunters and lawmen chasing you there.

Love the Lenny trainer for enabling me to see New Austin as Arthur. But imo the downside is that then there are never cops, its a little bit boring in robberies and shoot-outs. I am still hoping for a "real" Arthur-in-New-Austin-mod, which removes the invisible sniper, the pinkertons but keeps the usually bounty-system.

Bit late to this but there are 2 mods you can install which let you explore new Austin/ blackwater freely as your favourite cowpoke
