The 2-step verification reward!!

So, I am willing to turn myself as a bounty hunter, I have to break myself to get gold, I've been repeating storymode missions over and over, just don't getting enough, until I saw about this reward for turning on de 2 step verification, 10 ingots, a fugly hat I'm not that interested and a horse... thing is I haven't received such... I gave it like 24 hours and now I feel like Rockstar ain't doing that no more and leaves that thing to fool you and add security to your account (Which that's not so bad anyway, the more security the merrier) and laughing at me for believing them...
Is there something that should I do?

i received rewards after about 3 days. there is no horse included that i know of, just 10 gold and raccoon hat

p.s. you can disable the 2-step auth. after receiving rewards and still keep them

I just received the hat and 10 gold bars.
Not sure about the horse because I can't tell if I can't redeem it or simply didn't receive it.

I've set verification 3 days ago, I've started to being worried a little bit yesterday but since I've read some people had to wait even a week I just tried to be patient. So yea, 3 days of waiting here.

because i wasn't able to use cellphone for it hadta use some computer app, and i wanted to uninstall the app and not have to use it to play my damn game

also i repeat, there is NO HORSE from 2-step auth., that is not one of the rewards, maybe yous are thinking about special/deluxe edition benefits

yep i think this is a typo or something because it doesnt mention this in the benefits section of the game only on the social club website. also doesnt say anything about gold bars or hat. sucks i want that discount now.
