I can SEE the condition bar is lower and the stats are worse than half of the original, range, damage, etc. Regardless, pretty sure it wasn't because of the condition being eaten up with use, it was pre-found condition, sort of like how you can find worn cattleman revolvers with pre-set lost condition, except here you can't clean a bow.
Regardless, problem solved, went and stole a full-condition bow and the stats are visibly different (and better)
or start a story mission(yellow dot on map)clear all weapons
Ey boss it's all good. Just steal bows and check, you can find pristine ones on people like skinners and such.
