Got over it by trying what Zippo suggested.
So, it's a probably a bug neither the driver nor the game engine. At least, I can finish the game
And you didn't list your specs either. And having to stare at the ground to get the game to run? Are you Fing kidding me? The suspect here is definitely your PC, no doubt.
And once again no hardware specs. And no it's not normal behavior. I've passed that cutscene multiple times without staring at the ground. How can you guys exhibit these symptoms with your computers and not check things out. How can you think this is normal when other people are playing the game fine?
The problem is with the computer that you are playing on. End of story.
The only fix I've found is setting your graphics preset to somewhere inbetween Favour Performance and Balanced, or if you still get it then, as low as the presets go.
My specs are:
AMD 2600 @stock
GTX 1070Ti @stock
16gb RAM @2666MHz

my specs are;

gtx 2070
32gb ram 32000
750 psu
What a strange attitude lol. The prblem is obviously not computer related the same error can occur in different areas if you do a little research. It has to do with an in game setting
3700X, RTX 2070 Super, 16GB RAM, Win 10, latest drivers
