Deadeye no regenerating, core is full.

So, one of the first passive cards i bought was what deadeye regenerates slowly regardless of core.
I have since bought many other cards and have subsequently removed that card in favor of others.. but now when its gone my deadeye no longer regenerates at all, regardless of core, it instead stays completely empty. the core still has deadeye in it, but if i start using it, it instantly drains the core, like it would any other stat if you kept using it.

My issue is I using a tonic to get a full bar of deadeye, but when that tonic wears off, the bar of deadeye i get is all i get. if i start using it, it does NOT regenerate.

I'm sitting here at my campfire refilling my cores and Deadeye core is now completely full, yet i have no actual deadeye.

i have level 9 in deadeye, so it's not that.

You tried some hunting? Like each kill should give you some deadeye?

You have to kill in order for you to fill your deadeye, it does not fill on its own.

Well that WOULD OF BEEN ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AMAZING if anything in the game told you Deadeye does in fact NOT WORK like the exact things its next to and looks identical to..

That's exactly why I almost always use the ability card that causes deadeye to refill on its own. Without that, my deadeye runs out far more frequently.

Well, the instructions in this game in general are rather lacking. What's really needed is a proper instruction manual that explains everything, but almost no one does those anymore. :(
