Cant access collectibles in Emerald Ranch Saloon

So, I've got a map saying there's a couple collectibles in this saloon for today, but when trying to enter there's an invisible wall blocking me from entering. I read it had something to do with not having the moonshiner role, is this true? If so, am I locked out of finishing these collections today?

Just went there to check. You can just go in and get the collectible. One of the doors on the front side of the building is locked but the other isn't. Also the backdoor works just fine.

I tried that, but it pushes me away from the back door. Like, as i walk towards it it forces me to turn around, including the back doors.

try relogging, It'd be weird for the moonshiner role to give you access, as there IS a mission in emerald ranch to start it, but it's a cutscene and not related to the moonshiner cabin, which should be the only thing you can enter with the role that you otherwise couldn't.

It's month-old bug, relog doesn't help, no fixes.

Maybe re-checking/re-installing game files can help but considering the size of the game I won't do that.

edit: it seems moonshiner role removes the invisible barriers but 25 golds ($10?) is a bit too high price for a bug "fix".

im a little late to this, but seeing as its still a problem, i figured out you can fiddle with first person to get in, controls inside are weird, but i was able to get the antique alcohol from behind the bar. if you leave first person, it makes you leave, or just makes you run in one direction even though you arent pressing anything. It's stupid that this is even a problem, rockstar should at least move the collectibles out of the saloon.

Thank you for this! I was also able to retrieve the bottle in first person.

Same happened today, was able to run into via backdoor in 1st person(had to climb onto the pile of bags to the left from the stairs to bypass the first invisible wall), but as soon as I collected my item I was just pushed into the wall without any controls left, so had to relog.Ridiculous.

So I just ran into this issue and the only fix is that you need at least one friend with the moonshine business. They just have to hogtie you and drop you right next to the card so you can immediately pick it up. Once you pick it up, you can examine the card but then you get stuck and cannot move anymore. Your friend just has to kill you once to reset you.

it's not a bug, you need to finish a mission from Cripps, the moonshine shack introduction; Business Opportunities Letter can be accessed in your satchel

edit: there's no need to buy any shack to enter the saloon.
i'm not a moonshiner, i just randomly got the letter from Cripps right after helping my friend to deliver the moonshines, then I just go to emerald ranch to meet Maggie.
