Can I recover my stolen money ?

Hi !

I enter in a city, get stolen by a pickpocket, I tied him up and got my money back but I though I could bring him to authority, instead I had to pay a bounty of 10$

AND ! First I wanted to go to a shop, I cross the path of a weird guy and followed him in a dark alley but before I could do anything, they knocked me and stole almost 100$ !!!

Can I recover this stolen money ? Cause I can accept 18$ and pay 10$ of bounty but 100$ stolen is TOO MUCH >< !

I like random stuff but the thing that people think that you're a kidnapper but you just wanted to bring him to sheriff cause HE robbed you ><

He robbed me ! I didn't want to kidnapp him, like when I have a bounty on my horse, or a criminal. SO I though that the game though he was a criminal

why you follow a stranger into a dark alley and expect a positive experience? I believe you learned a valuable lesson here young Padawan

I though about this, but I though I could do something. First I though I had to do a criminal stuff, I putted my bandana before going in. Didn't think about getting knocked without any chance to defend myself

I putted it just after he said "follow me".

Also. I took a save 30 minutes before this so I'll get my money back :)
I searched for the same guy but couldn't find him.
