Is poker region locked?

I havent seen any poker markers on any saloons in my 60+ hrs of online gameplay? Is poker region locked and if yes which countries are region locked? (Currently @Philippines)

In Poland it is banned because of government.

My best guess is, that it's banned in the same countries where gambling in GTAO's Diamond Casino is banned too.

Mah, protecting their people from gambling (which is highly addictive) doesn't seem so bad to me;-)
The gov may be trash, but this seems to be a good idea.

Governments should be like strict mothers as people cannot clearly take care of themselves...but nowadays it is easier to go the populistic route;-)
